How to order?

Purchases on the Website:

1. Click the “Add to Cart” button on the selected product page to add the product to your cart.

2. If you want to change or delete products, click on the “Continue to Cart” button or the cart icon in the upper right corner to view your cart.

3. After reviewing the contents of your Cart, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

4. Enter your shipping and billing information. Then select your preferred payment and shipping method.

5. Click the “Submit Order” button to complete your order with secure payment.

6. After completing the payment, a summary and confirmation of your order will be displayed, which will also be sent to you by email.

 

Payment Methods

Credit card

Payment by card is made via K&H Bank’s secure server, on the K&H Bank payment page, which is automatically displayed after the order is approved. Security is based on the separation of data. Palmetta Webshop receives information about the order from the customer, and K&H Bank receives only the card details necessary for the payment transaction on the payment page with 128-bit SSL encryption. Palmetta is not informed about the data content of the payment page, only K&H Bank can access them. After entering the necessary bank card details, the payment is executed by clicking the Payment button. The Palmetta website informs you about the transaction result after payment. The internet browser program used for card payment must support SSL encryption.

The value of the purchased goods, the amount paid, will be immediately blocked on your card account.

If you are not redirected from the payment page to the Web Store page, the transaction is considered unsuccessful. If you click the “Back” or “Refresh” button on the browser on the bank payment page, or close the browser window before being redirected to the store, the payment is considered unsuccessful.

Privacy policy

SSL is an abbreviation for Secure Sockets Layer, an accepted encryption method. K&H Bank has a 128-bit encryption key that protects the communication channel. A company called Sectigo allows K&H Bank to use the 128-bit key, which is used to ensure SSL-based encryption. Currently, this encryption method is used in 90% of electronic commerce in the world. The browser program used by the buyer uses SSL to encrypt the cardholder’s data before sending it, so that it reaches K&H Bank in an encoded form, making it unreadable by unauthorized persons.

GLS Home Delivery

GLS delivers packages in all cities and towns in Hungary on the working day following collection, during working hours (8:00-17:00). In case the first delivery attempt fails, a second delivery attempt is part of the basic service. If the package cannot be delivered, GLS Hungary stores it for a maximum of 5 working days, after which the packages are returned to the Client without any special indication. GLS informs the recipient by SMS on the morning of the package delivery. The text message contains the package identification number, the expected delivery time within a 3-hour time interval, and the direct phone number of the courier with whom the recipient can coordinate the delivery.

GLS Parcel Locker

When placing the package in a GLS Parcel Locker, the recipient will receive information about the GLS Parcel Locker address, the package number and the unique and one-time code required for collection via SMS and/or e-mail. With the package number and code together, the recipient can open the door of the GLS Parcel Locker and collect their package. In the case of a COD package, payment for COD is possible via a bank card terminal. Only after paying the COD amount can the door of the compartment containing the package be opened and the package can be collected. The recipient will receive an e-mail confirmation of the successful collection of the package and COD payment. If the recipient does not claim their package within 5 working days, it will be returned to the address specified on the Sender’s package label.

GLS Parcel Shop

By ordering the service, the first delivery can also be requested to a GLS Parcel Shop. The desired GLS Parcel Shop can be selected from a list via the GLS client software. GLS informs the recipient via SMS that their package has arrived at the GLS Parcel Shop. The shipment can be collected at any time within 5 working days after the notification, taking into account the opening hours of the parcel collection points. Upon collection, the recipient must present their identity document and refer to the parcel number. Cash on delivery packages are available for cash on delivery.

FOXPOST Parcel Locker

If the package has arrived at the parcel locker, Foxpost will notify the recipient via Viber message or SMS and email. The customer can open the appropriate door of the locker with the unique opening code sent in the message, known only to them. The Viber message/SMS contains the exact collection deadline (day, hour, minute) until which the package can be collected from the locker. Anyone who knows the opening code can collect the package from the locker.

Delivery times:

 

The delivery time for products in stock is 3-4 working days. The Merchant will inform you about the delivery deadline during the respective ordering process. If the delivery deadline specified there cannot be met, the Merchant will inform the Customer about the fact and the expected delivery deadline in an electronic message. Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday between 11 am and 7 pm and processes orders during this time.
